The International Au Pair Exchange (TIAPE) programs average about $12 per hour for full-time care from a skilled au pair with a university/vocational degree or equivalent experience relating to childcare. The program fee is per family, not per child – providing significant savings for families with multiple children.
TIAPE’s program services include:

- International and domestic flights (round trip)
- Au pair travel and accident insurance
- Year-round local support
- Opportunity to extend with your au pair for an additional six, nine or 12 months

- Convenient “pay as you go” program allowing you to pay monthly
Host families provide their au pairs with a weekly stipend (paid directly to the au pair), room and board, and an educational allowance of $500 per year for required educational coursework.
